About us

Albion Land is a privately-owned commercial property developer and asset manager.

Established in 1990, it is run by the original founders Simon Parsons and Kelvin Pearce with the ethos of collaboration and personal service running through every project.

Over the last 20 years, Albion Land has been one of the most active commercial property developers in the region with numerous high quality developments completed. We have a strong track record for generating growth, inward investment and job creation through successful development to meet the economic needs of Cherwell.

We have recently been developing a number of high-quality schemes in Bicester, with more than 1,500,000 sq ft of production, logistics and technology accommodation taking shape at Axis J9 (at Howes Lane / Middleton Stoney Road), Link 9 (at Skimmingdish Lane) and Catalyst Bicester (off the A41 on the southern side of the town).
