Albion Land is looking to invest at M40 Junction 10 to create a major high-quality, well-connected and sustainable logistics park.

We have submitted planning applications to Cherwell District Council to create a logistics park of up to approximately 3,000,000 sq ft with almost 1,000,000 sq ft already committed to DHL.

This website provides information about the proposals, the economic need for them, the benefits they would bring, and how the plans could come forward.
